Our Directors, Gary Walton and Paul Burford have over 50 years’ combined experience in valuations, disposals and acquisitions.

Gary Walton is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who has personally advised on and brokered the majority of healthcare transactions in Scotland and some in England, ranging from small individual assets through to large portfolio disposals.

Paul Burford is an Agent with over 30 years’ experience and has brokered a large number of healthcare transactions in England including some of the largest corporate transactions seen in the UK.

In 2020, we have already successfully brokered and advised on £50 Million of care home transactions throughout the UK and have a further £30 million currently in solicitors hands awaiting completion.

As the market continues to evolve, it is about introducing the right buyers to the right properties and this requires experience and drive from your agent, who should understand the various structures available to help you maximise the value of your property and business.
