The Care Show London is a two-day exhibition and conference event that will take place in the capital 24-25 April. It’s an opportunity for those working in the adult social care sector such as care homes to get up to date on new developments, network with like-minded people, and meet exhibitors who provide solutions for all aspects of social care.

The conference programme features more than a hundred expert care speakers. There will also be six training zones and over 40 hours of world-class education and training.  The exhibition will feature over 200 healthcare suppliers. The event takes place at the ExCel arena at Royal Victoria Dock.

The conference will cover a broad range of topics including digital transformation and inclusion in the care sector, the rise of AI tools, how to use social media, cybersecurity measures, and the latest CQC data requirements. There will also be discussion of business practice including budgets, sales and marketing, and sustainability in the care sector.

There will also be workforce and wellbeing workshops, where you can learn how to deal with difficult conversations, how to tackle recruitment challenges, and how to promote good mental health in the workplace. A further Care Show event is taking place in Birmingham in October.

One of the exhibitors and sponsors of the event this year is Nourish, who run a digital care planning platform. Founder and chief executive officer Nuno Almeida said: “The Care Show events are a must attend in social care. Whether you are in London in April or Birmingham in October you know you are in the right place as soon as you walk in the door.”

She added: “The events are always buzzing with energy and ambition. We will be getting in on the action ourselves as we are hosting our own session in the Technology Theatre on Wednesday 24th April!”

The April event takes place at the ExCel London arena at Royal Victoria Dock.
